Roots in Bogotá, Colombia, Toronto, Canada, and now Los Angeles, California.
With over five years of experience as a designer, I am passionate about exploring the intersection between design and science. I apply my skills to support the development of communications of NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) within its brand and missions.
As a Visual Designer & Strategist at NASA JPL, I have built visual collateral pieces such as publications, presentations, and marketing material to engage the public on Mars Sample Return, moon missions, and the annual Research Poster Conference. I have also facilitated workshops with other groups in NASA, such as High Energy and Habitable Worlds, to increase public awareness and interest.
I aim to use design as a tool to enrich lives with knowledge.
